If you DO NOT wish for Tangipahoa Parish School Board to take photographs/videos or release your child’s name in honor roll or achievement list, you must fill out the Student Photographs/Directory Information Opt-Out Form. Parents/guardians/emancipated students should check the box on the form, sign where indicated, and return the form to CCS. Students/Parents/Guardians shall be responsible for communicating their opt-out presence to the school staff.
